Welcome back! I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful summer and had time to rest and recharge. We have been delighted to welcome our students and staff back this week as we set off for the new academic year! We extend a warm welcome to families who are new to SRS – we hope you child enjoys many happy years at our school. The children and staff have all seemed very happy to be back this week – we are all ready for some normal routines and getting stuck into learning.

I have sent a letter to parents providing an update on the fantastic exam results our students celebrated over the summer, the destinations those results have enabled them to progress to, and the priorities we have for the year ahead as we continue our work to ensure the very best quality of education for every child at The Sydney Russell School.

I ask you to note key dates for the term ahead which can be found at the end of the newsletter each week, as well as dates for the academic year which have been sent to you via Edulink and can be found on our website.
