As we prepare to start the month of December, we are excited to launch this year’s Reverse Advent Calendar.

Over the coming weeks, as a school community, we will be thinking of those in need in our local community and collecting items which will be donated to our local social supermarket at Kingsley Hall with a delivery to them on 18th December.

We are therefore asking for the following items to be donated:

  • Canned food (e.g. soup, tinned meat/fish/pasta, sauces, vegetables)
  • Dried food (e.g. rice, pasta, lentils, biscuits, cereals)
  • Toiletries (e.g. shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, flannels/sponges, hairbrush/comb, shaving foam, shampoo)

Students in primary, secondary and Sixth Form will have a collection box in their classroom/form room for them to put their donation. We ask that anything you can give, no matter how big or small, is brought in by Tuesday 17th December – thank you in advance.

Wishing you a restful weekend.

Mrs Cross
