Dear Parent/Carer

There has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the school. The teacher was tested due to another family member displaying symptoms.
Our staff and students have worked extremely hard to ensure the whole site is Covid secure and to implement our risk assessment.

Our classroom layout and management means that there is never continuous close contact between the teacher and the students. As a precaution however I have sent home members of staff who may have been in close contact with the teacher concerned.

We are working closely with the Local Authority, Public Health and the London Corona Virus Response Centre.
This letter is to inform you of the current situation and provide advice on how to support your child. Please be reassured that for most people, coronavirus (COVID-19) will be a mild illness.

The school remains open and providing your child remains well they can continue to attend school as normal. We will keep this under review.
