Collection of Examination Certificates 2020

The certificates for the 2020 GCSE examinations are now available to collect. Due to social distancing requirements, the process for collection will be slightly different to in previous years. For these certificates, the details for collection are as follows:

• Certificates will be able to collect between 3:30pm and 4:00pm from the front office of school between the 14th December and the 17th December.
• Those collecting certificates will need to wait outside the front office, in a socially distanced manner, before being invited in one at a time to sign for their certificates by the examinations officer
• Facemasks, unless you are exempt, need to be worn whilst inside for the collection of certificates for the safety of yourself and our staff
• Students will need proof of ID to collect their certificates and will have to sign for them to confirm receipt
• We would advise ex-students to collect their own certificates, however in cases where this is not possible, please send an email to exams@sydneyrussellschool.com outlining who you would be sending to collect them. They will need the ID of the student and their own ID to match against the details from the email.
• If you currently attend the Sydney Russell Sixth Form, please do not collect your certificates in this window – they will be distributed to you in due course in January

We appreciate the window for these is tight, but is necessary due to the number of certificates across both GCSE and A Level – there will be a second, longer period for collection in January 2021.
