The Immunisation team will be coming in for a catch up day on Tuesday 5^th July for the Year 9 students, who have not yet received the vaccination for DTP (Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio) & Meningococcal ACWY

Your child will be given a paper consent form if you have not yet consented, to take home to be completed and handed back into school by Friday 1^st July. Alternatively, you can fill out the online consent form using the below link.

Even if you do not wish for your child to receive the vaccination, it is important that the forms are returned as a refusal so that you are not contacted on the day of vaccinations for consent.
