Year 9 Parents’ Evening will be taking place on Thursday 26th March 2026. This evening will be a virtual Parents’ Evening, where you will be able to speak to your child’s subject teachers online. This is an important evening to discuss their current progress following their latest Tracking Assessment.
Appointments will run from 4:30pm until 7:00pm, with each appointment lasting five minutes. Our booking system will allow you to choose your own appointment times with teachers – you will receive an email confirming these appointments.
Booking will open on Monday 9th March at 3:00pm via SchoolCloud. As many teachers teach multiple Year 9 classes, it may not be possible to secure appointments with every subject teacher. We therefore encourage you to prioritise appointments for subjects where your child is currently furthest from their target grade, and subjects they are considering as part of their GCSE preferences.
