Dear parents and carers, ur students in Year 6, Year 11 and Year 13 are in the final stages of important preparations for their external examinations therefore, on these dates, we are making specific plans to ensure their learning is minimally disrupted.

Year 11 Photography students have their GCSE exam on this date – the exam will go ahead as scheduled. On both dates school will only be open for young people who are identified as vulnerable or preparing for exams as a priority.

Further to my letter earlier this week, I can confirm that the school will be closed to the vast majority of students, with exception for the following:

• Y6 students will be in school for supervised revision activities in preparation for the SATs which begin on 9th May.
• Y11 GCSE Photography exam will run as scheduled.
• Y13 Music exam will run as scheduled.
• Y10 BTEC Computing students will complete coursework on-site under supervision ahead of the external deadline of 9th May.
