Good afternoon and welcome back to the second half of the spring term. I hope you and your families enjoyed a restful half term break.

As we look ahead to this half term, there is a lot for our school to look forward to and work towards. For many of our students they are entering into the final stages of exam preparations – in a matter of days (30 school days to be precise) we will see the start of GCSE exams, quickly followed by Y6 SATs and A Level exams, alongside end of year exams and assessments for all students. We are working hard to ensure students are really deepening their knowledge and understanding so that they are ready for the next stage in their learning journey come September.

As we enter March this weekend, we look forward to celebrating World Book Day next week, as well as our Careers fair and Grand Iftar events in the coming weeks. Details for the Grand Iftar will be sent to you in the coming week.

So, lots of work to be done but lots to look forward to also!
