This evening will be a virtual Parents’ Evening, where you will be able to speak to your child’s subject teachers online. This is an important evening and provides you with an opportunity meet with your child’s teachers to discuss their current progress following their recent Tracking Assessment.

Appointments will run from 4:30pm until 7:00pm, with each appointment lasting five minutes. Our booking system will allow you to choose your own appointment times with teachers – you will receive an email confirming these appointments.

Appointment slots are available to book on SchoolCloud. Given that many of your child’s teachers teach multiple Year 7 classes, it may not be possible to book an appointment with all subject teachers. Therefore, we ask that you book appointments for priority subjects i.e. those subjects where your child is furthest away from their target grade, at your earliest convenience.
