We are proud to announce that Sydney Russell achieved a overall position of 2nd place in the Borough Athletics. Year 7 and 8 achieved 3rd place and Year 9 and 10 also achieved 3rd; however, with the point system we were able to accomplish 2nd place. Across the two days, 75 students took part and worked hard to gain 46 medals between them. When comparing this to the reigning overall Champions for the last 20 years, we were only 30 points away from their overall score to take the shield; but alas, it was not our year. Well done Sydney Russell athletes, outstanding!
