The local public health teams have asked that we speak to the secondary schools in the area to help us to send out some information regarding the flu immunisations. We now have an online version of the consent form that parents can complete if they wish their child to receive the flu vaccine. I have attached the letter which includes some information about the flu vaccine as well as a link to take them to the consent form. Would you be able to send this out to all students in Year 7-11 please? 

We will be inviting these students to our clinic. If we get a large uptake, we will arrange to come into the school one day to complete these immunisations. I have also put the link to the consent form below.
