The Year 9 vaccinations for DTP (Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio) & Meningococcal ACWY will be taking place on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th of May.
Your child has been given a paper consent form to take home to be completed and handed back into school by Friday 29th of April, Alternatively, you can fill out the online consent form using the below link.

Even if you do not wish for your child to receive the vaccination, it is important that the forms are returned as a refusal so that you are not contacted again regarding consent.

The Year 8 HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccination will be taking place on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th of May.
For many students this will be their second and final immunisation for the Human Papillomavirus. However, within this session the Immunisation team will be catching up with any of the students that did not receive their first dose at the previous session.
Your child will be given a paper consent form next week to take home to be completed, if you have not yet completed the consent form.
