Welcome back to the summer term! I hope you all had a lovely holiday and a good first week back – a short week but busy! We are delighted to announce the launch of our newest episode of SYD TV which you can watch here: SYDTV | Series 21/22: Episode 2 – YouTube

This is a crucial term for all of our students across the school as we work towards important assessments and preparations for key transition points. We thank you in advance for your support in ensuring your child comes to school every day and is SRS:

Set up – having everything they need for their school day, arriving on time with the right attitude for learning and achievement

Respectful – showing respect to all those in our school and local community, using equipment with care and being a role model to younger students

Safe – behaving in a safe manner at all times, reporting any concern they might have to a member of staff immediately, proactively supporting the positive and safe environment of the school

Finally, congratulations to all who have been allocated a place for their child in our reception class in September – we look forward to welcoming them to the school! You will receive further information about transition meetings and events in the coming weeks.
