On Friday 8th March, the Year 9 boys’ volleyball team travelled to UEL to compete in the London Youth Games volleyball final. The boys had the youngest team at the event and held their own against the other 30 teams. Although they did not win, they remain the B&D Volleyball

On Wednesday 3rd of February, Sydney Russell School entered their first ever Dance Competition to represent Barking and Dagenham at the London Youth Games 2016. There were 25 Schools who traveled from all over London to compete, with the hope of being crowned London Youth Games Dance
