It has been a very busy week as we near the end of a very busy term!

I will be writing to parents next week with updates and information for the year ahead so, for now, enjoy this week’s newsletter which is packed with all that has happened this week and I ask you to note just a few updates:

End of term – Thursday 21st December 2023

• students will be dismissed from 11.30am (secondary) and 11.45am (primary)

Start of term – Monday 8th January 2024

• We return at normal school times for all students.

As we get ready for the New Year, parents are asked to note:

• updates to our behaviour policy (see details below)
• when sending emails to office, please include the name and year group of your child so that your query can be directed to the correct person asap.

SYD TV:

Our festive episode will premiere next Thursday! You’ll be able to watch a round up of all of the events this half term, spanning all the way from the Halloween Rowathon, to our Carols around the Tree.

A huge well done to all of the SYDTV Press Team: our new members who have all jumped in head first at presenting, filming and editing, and our senior members who have guided them through this. We hope you enjoy the episode!
