We are now just two weeks away from the end of term! The decorations are going up for festivities and we have some lovely end of term events being planned however we do have to ask for your continued support to ensure school remains as safe as possible for students, staff and families. Whilst our current numbers of positive Covid cases remain relatively low and are not requiring us to take any particularly enhanced preventative measures at this stage, we are urging caution. We will continue to monitor case numbers on a daily basis as, should the need arise, we may be forced to make last minute changes to some of our planned events.
Please support us in explaining the importance of safety at this time to your children. Secondary students are strongly encouraged to wear a mask in indoor communal areas such as corridors and we encourage all students, staff and families to be taking lateral flow tests (even if vaccinated) at least twice per week.
Our aim is to ensure we are all safe and well to enjoy the much needed holiday when it comes and I thank you in advance for your support.
Have a lovely weekend.
Mrs Cross
