At The Sydney Russell School, Wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. We have an extensive programme which supports the Wellbeing within the whole school community.
SECONDARY SCHOOL
Our students are encouraged to be their own learning coach. We develop their logical and rational skills and help them know themselves as learners.
EXPERIENCE
We look to broaden horizons. Our students are introduced to the wider world and a whole range of different experiences. They are given a window through which to envisage future opportunities.

Thursday 16th July was a very exciting day in the history of The Sydney Russell School; we were visited by Her Majesty The Queen and his Royal Highness, The Duke of Edinburgh. The royal couple were visiting Barking and Dagenham as part of its celebration of fifty years as a London borough

Sydney Russell School Promo

Sydney Russell is a popular and over-subscribed All Through School, which has just expanded its intake from 10 to 13forms of entry.
It was judged ‘‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2013 and it is one of the top three schools in the Local Authority on all key exam measures. The school completed a £26 million rebuilding programme and has excellent state of the art facilities.
